You are responsible for knowing the laws in your own state, county, city, etc. BEFORE placing an order, thus ensuring that your purchase is legal in your area. If you have any questions, contact your local FFL dealer or law enforcement agency before you order. (Example: California does not allow high capacity magazines). Should an item be returned because it is illegal in your area, a $10.00 or 15% restocking fee, which ever is greater, will apply in addition to shipping charges.RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for most new, unused (not installed) items that were purchased Factory Direct. We do not accept returned items that were purchased through a third party, i.e. gun dealer, retail store or internet store. Prior authorization from our Returns Department is required. Returned packages must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the items were shipped to you. To obtain your RMA number simply email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line put "RMA Request". In the body of the email please put your name, address, phone number and a list of the items you would like to return and why you're returning them. Once a return is authorized, you'll be sent an e-mail containing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. If items are received in a condition other than how they were shipped, the item(s) will be returned to you without credit. Items returned outside of the 14-day return window will be returned to you without credit. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage customers to ship return items via a reputable carrier that provides tracking information as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments.

Refunds are only given on items purchased "Factory Direct". Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Once issued, you will be sent an e-mail notification of the refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days, or longer in some cases, to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you paid via USPS money order, your refund will be issued via check and may take 7-10 mailing days to receive.

Advantage Arms, Inc. does not offer swaps, exchanges or replacements on items. If you wish, a Customer Support Team Member may assist you in placing a new order for the correct merchandise while you wait to receive your refund for the incorrect merchandise.DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective item(s), regardless of where you bought it, you will need to contact our customer service department. Items that have been modified by the user, without prior written permission from Advantage Arms, are not returnable.SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTION
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is given, and Advantage Arms, Inc. incurs a fee from it's carrier to correct the address, this additional fee will be charged to the customer. For example, simply omitting an apartment or suite number can cost an additional $12.00. This additional charge is added by the carrier, not Advantage Arms. If the mistake or omission was our fault, then we will pay the fee.RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S)
If you received the wrong item because of a mistake on our part, we will pay the return shipping. Returned packages must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the items were shipped to you. Once we've received the returned merchandise a replacement will be sent out. For verification purposes, you will be asked to provide your full name, complete billing and shipping addresses as well as the last four digits of the credit card used to place the order. Once the proper information is verified, your order will be canceled by the end of the next business day.
No cancellation or restocking fees will be applied if the item(s) have not been shipped.SHIPPING
We reserve the right to ship orders through the carrier of our choice, however, most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. We do not offer expedited shipping. All Shipments require a signature upon delivery, even small parts orders.
All in-stock items usually ship the next business day.
You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. The e-mail will include basic information such as the ship-to address and a tracking / confirmation number. The email notification will be sent to the email address provide at the time the order was placed. Email notification may come from a third party like FedEx or USPS.
Advantage Arms, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays as a result of weather or other events beyond our control (such as holiday shipping rushes, etc.). Advantage Arms, Inc. is unable to guarantee delivery of an order by a certain date or time. Please note that errors or omissions in the Shipping Address supplied to Advantage Arms, Inc. may result in shipping delays and Advantage Arms, Inc. is not responsible for such errors or the resulting delays that may occur.ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT STATEMENT
