Are you going to offer High Cap Magazines?
NO. High cap magazines are illegal to manufacture or sell in California, which is where our factory is located.

Do you have a kit that will work with the G21SF ambidextrous magazine release?
Yes, our L.E. 20-21 kit will work on the G21 SF with either the standard or ambidextrous magazine release. Magazines made prior to March 08 will only work on G21SF guns with the standard magazine release.

If I need to send my kit in for service, what should I send with it?
Send the ENTIRE kit along with any extra magazines. Provide a brief description of the problem along with your return address INSIDE the package. Send to: Advantage, 25163 Ave. Stanford, Valencia, CA 91355. We will return the kit via. UPS ground with a signature required. No P.O. Boxes.

What type of ammo is recommended?
My first choice would be CCI MinMags. After that I would recommend Remington Golden Bullets in either 40 grain solid or 36 grain hollow points. Federal AutoMatch also works very well. Printable

Is there any ammo that you do not recommend?
We do not recommend Stingers or any other Hyper velocity ammo. Also, the kits do not function very well with Federal bulk pack or PMC ammo. DO NOT use Remington Thunderbolts as they will lead up the barrel. We do not recommend any Winchester ammo.

Can I Dry Fire my conversion kit?
Dry Firing is not recommended and should only be done when it's required to remove the conversion slide from the frame.

I lost my instructions can you send me a replacement?
If you have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer you can download the manuals here: Glock (all models)

Does the L.E. kit come with adjustable sights?
Yes. We use Glock adjustable sights. Adjustable for both windage and elevation.

Do I need to lubricate my conversion kit.
Yes. We recommend that you put a drop of oil on each of the slide rails and one drop on each of the 3 flat surfaces on the barrel. Spread the oil with your finger. Printable

Can I use Standard Velocity ammo in my conversion kit?
NO. 99% of the time Standard Velocity ammo will not cycle the slide.

Can I replace the factory sights with my favorite after market sights?
Yes. The L.E. Model will accept after market sights that have been designed to fit your Glock.

Do I need to be a Law Enforcement member in order to purchase the L.E. kit?
No you do not.

Several of my friends and I would like to purchase the Advantage Arms conversion kit. Can we get a Group Purchase Discount?
No. We only offer discounts to Dealers that have a current Federal Firearms License on file with our company.

What type of accuracy can I expect from my conversion kit?
Most of our customers report 2 inch groups at 25 yards.

Can I get an extended barrel with a 1/2-28 thread on the muzzle end?
No. Our barrels are only 7/16 in diameter at the muzzle. Also, California law makes it to difficult for us to offer a threaded barrel. We do offer an extended barrel for the 17-22, 19-23 and 26-27 kits. (NO THREADS).

What are the lengths of the extended barrels, including the chamber?
The 17-22 extended barrel is 4.875" long. The 19-23 extended barrel is 4.425" long and the 26-27 extended barrel is 3.9" long.

I would like to purchase a conversion kit for my G22. Can I substitute an extended barrel for the standard one?
NO. The extended barrels must be purchased separately.

I live outside of the United States, can I purchase one of your conversion kits directly from your company?
No. We do not export.
